Access to and use of the site accessible at www.studyexperience.fr (hereinafter the "Site") implies the tacit and unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the User, in their latest online version.

Site description
1. STUDY EXPERIENCE offers on the Site information distributed thematically concerning the company STUDY EXPERIENCE, its activities and its service offerings in terms of higher education stays abroad.
2. Although the Site presents in detail the various service offerings provided by STUDY EXPERIENCE under the heading "OUR SERVICES", and in particular the prices of these offerings, it is nevertheless not an e-commerce site allowing Users to order and pay online for products and/or services.
3. For any questions about the activities and products offered for sale by STUDY EXPERIENCE, which Users cannot find answers to on the Site, Users are invited to contact STUDY EXPERIENCE using the contact details at the top of this document.
Access and availability
1. Access to the Site is free, and provided continuously and permanently, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the control of STUDY EXPERIENCE, and subject to any breakdowns and technical interventions, maintenance and updates necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.

Responsibility

3. Any creation of a hyperlink from a website to the Site must be subject to express and prior authorization from STUDY EXPERIENCE, this authorization may be withdrawn at any time by STUDY EXPERIENCE, without having to justify its decision to withdraw.
Miscellaneous
1. STUDY EXPERIENCE reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of these conditions.
The new clauses will govern all future relations between the parties, and only the new version will be binding between them.
2. These General Terms of Use are governed by French law, both substantively and procedurally, and only the French language version shall be authentic for the purpose of their interpretation.
Any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of the provisions of this contract obliges the parties to come together and attempt to find an amicable solution to their dispute, before referring the matter to the competent jurisdiction.
