The UK is home to many of the world's best universities and remains one of the most accessible English-speaking destinations. Brexit has changed things considerably, and we'll tell you all about it. We'll also discuss the January 2021 intake, which is a great option in many ways for those who haven't yet found their path!

Questions asked during the webinar

Do we have any idea what the new university prices will be for Europeans?

What is certain at present is that Europeans no longer benefit from an automatic reduction in their tuition fees. From now on, there are local fees (for British students) and international, or "overseas," fees for others. The amount of international fees varies from one institution to another. Some universities, such as Royal Holloway, for example, have announced that they will maintain reduced tuition fees for Europeans starting in 2021. Each university is now free to set its own rates.

Will the United Kingdom still be in the Erasmus program?

No final decision has been made yet, as it depends on the outcome of negotiations between the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Which English tests are accepted by universities?

TheIELTS and TOEFL are the most commonly accepted tests. Many universities also accept the Cambridge (Advanced or Proficiency) and the Duolingo test.

Do they look at the high school we come from, because the requirements are not the same?

At the post-baccalaureate level, universities primarily base their decisions on the final grade obtained in the Baccalaureate exam. High school grades don't really count in student selection (for the vast majority of programs).

What grade do you need to get in the Baccalaureate/EN RHETO to have a chance of being accepted into schools?

As long as you have your high school diploma (or equivalent), you can enroll in a British university. Naturally, the requirements are higher if you are aiming for the most prestigious universities. For example, a "Très Bien" (Very Good) grade will be required by the very best universities, while a "Bien" (Good) grade will allow you to enter universities in the top 20.

After December 31st, will it be necessary to apply for a visa to attend a university in the United Kingdom?

Yes !

Is it possible to start the process with you now for the January 2021 intake?

Absolutely. Our team is ready and will guide you quickly to help you complete this project.

Is a visa required in the case of a double degree under an agreement between institutions?

Yes, absolutely, unless you are going as part of a non-degree stay of less than 6 months.

From what date can one apply on Ucas ?

Applications are now open. Don't hesitate to contact us about it!
